I'm having issues with paying for my service. I tried to remove my debit card and add it again and it brought up an error message saying it was unable to add it. How do i fix this?

@timatuhaire096 you may need to clear your cache and browser history. You can also try accessing your account through incognito mode.
If you are unable to access it after that open this link: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
and type in unable to make payment and then contact us. And open a ticket.

@timatuhaire096 your card may be locked from too many attempts. Wait 1 hour from last attempt, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to add it.
When entering your debit/ credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).
If this fails contact the moderators and explain your situation, ask them to add it for you. There are 2 ways to do this. To contact the Moderator Team:

If you didn’t register a card at activation, you can do so by signing in to Self-Serve. Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Register my Credit or Visa Debit Card’. Accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.

Make sure that your debit card is a VISA debit card. Not a regular debit card.
The website can be finicky. You can try a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode. Chrome incognito works well with this site.
Make sure that the address exactly matches the banking address. If apartment number, leave that section blank.
