How do I add funds to my account?
A PM agent said I can switch from my current $29 10GB plan to the new $29 30GB but I need to add the funds to my account before they process it. How do I do this?

You can pick up a voucher at a place like Shoppers Drug Mart and then add it to your account via online or by dialing 611 and following the prompts.

don't you have Autopay setup? they should be able to just get money from the credit card on file
To make a payment ahead, just login My account, Payment, click Add Funds with Credit/Debit card or use this link:
