I added funds to my account and it has not renewed my privilege's can we please update my payment?

What do you try to accomplish? Hybrid payment or you expect plan to renew ahead of renewal date?

@Barbiegrrrl are you trying to renew early? Adding fund would not automatically renew your plan, if you need to renew you plan early, you will have to open a ticket with PM Support
Or if you need to renew a suspended plan, you might want to make a manual payment of $1 extra using "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" and the click on the button "Reactivate current plan" if the button is there, then logoff from My Account and reboot your device
