Added 70$ to my account, and now only have 30, with no add on, or internet working????

I need assistance in this. I have added money, added a add on of 30. and now it says i have 30 on my account...WHY??

If you're last payment didn't go through or was rejected then the $40 missing may be gone to cover that fee... but unlikely since your internet is not working.  I would think you may have switched your plan.  Go into your profile and review your plan to ensure it is the same as you previously selected.

Are you sure you chose an Add On?  It sounds like you may have switched your actual plan maybe.

What all add-ons do you think you bought?

40 bucks of add-ons is a lot.

Did you maybe buy US Roaming add-ons?

Maybe restart your phone. Turn on data.

Your overview page would be helpful as above.

Are you able to post a screen shot of your account overview page (with personal info removed) and your payment history page.  So you added $70 and saw it in Available funds then purchased an addon for $30 and now it is only showing $30 left in Available Funds?
