My child has a public mobile SIM card. We would purchase a plan every month at Walmart. Walmart no longer sells. How can we add funds for his monthly use?

Another option to voucher is getting a reloadable credit card at the gas station and put your account on AutoPay.

Wal-Mart doesn't sell public mobile vouchers anymore? All retail activations have ceased but I though they still sold payment vouchers. I believe all of the retailers on my list still sell vouchers but I will ask at my closest Walmart to confirm if they have stopped selling vouchers too.... otherwise refer to the following link....

To add funds for Plan renewal:

- Set up autopay and register your credit card so every 30 days PM will automatically charge your CC and renew your Plan.

- Create self-serving account and manually add funds before renewal date.

- Buy voucher and add funds either through self-serving account or calling 611 from your cell phone with PM service.

@Robertsmom   You can buy the voucher from Shoppers drug mart or 7-11 or Shell or London Drug  (other places might sell it too, but vouchers from the above places can be used immediately while others might have a 24 hours wait time)

 

After you the the voucher, you need to either dial *611 to load the voucher or go to Self Serve My Account (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/), login and load the voucher there

 

In case you do remember the login to My Account site, you can open ticket with PM Support
