@athukral77 Please confirm that you have bought this add-on :

and not the international one (300 International Long Distance Minutes)
Logon to My Account and check the My Data & Add-Ons section and check if the India & Pakistan addon is there. If it is not there and if your Available Fund showing $15, then you have not actually purchased the addon yet and you have just loaded the fund. Go to the Purchase Add-on page again and buy and PM will take money from the Available Fund.
In case you bought the wrong Addon (300 internation), you will have to contact PM support to change it for you.

The transaction has been successfully processed. I not able to call India from my Public cell phone. Not sure if I am missing any thing or update happens late.
Kindly suggest what needs to be done.

Log in to your account to see if the $15 isn't sitting in Available Funds. If it is...now go back and actually "buy" your add-on again. Restart phone.

Look in your account. If the money is showing in Available funds, you have not completed the purchase.
Go back to the Add-ons page and buy the add-on again. The money will be deducted from available funds.
Reminder: Buying add-ons is a 2-step process:
1) Fund your account
2) Make the purchase
