Would like to put 3 PM phone plans on one account. I have 3 phone numbers but get 3 separate bills.
Solved! Go to Solution.

I am always happy to help but of course you can't actually "talk" with someone. But if you like you can send me a private message and we can discuss privately what you need help with whereas you can be a little more open than you can be on a public forum. Of course it's important to remember I am just another customer and not an employee of public mobile. However most people I have helped would agree that I dispense good advice and am very knowledgeable with how public mobile works and can certainly help direct you in achieving the resolution you seek with the least amount of frustration. I can relate to your position as I have overcome some significant hurdles being technologically challenged myself!
Bear with me today as I have been procrastinating about shoveling the latest round of snow so I will check in periodically to see if you sent me a private message. To do so click or tap on my username/avatar at the top left of my post which will bring you to my profile. You will then see in the lower middle of the "banner" (or header....I think that's what is called?🤔)....you will see "send this user a private message". Click or tap on that and that will bring you to your private messages with the "send to" portion auto filled with my username. Put something in the Subject line like "Hello" or "Help" and then below type out what you need help with..... just keep specific account info private.....so don't give me your phone number or email or anything like that but if you want to sign off with your first name that is perfectly fine. I will try and help you as much as I can as to what you need to get accomplished and how to ask customer support for their assistance.🙂

You've been with pm longer than I expected? You really should pop in and visit a little more often....anyways I forgot to mention that you should disable 2FA on your accounts as the introduction of this feature is probably one of the reasons you would want all 3 phone numbers under one account? When you log into self serve go to the profile page. Scroll down and you will find the 2FA feature. Click on it to disable 2FA and confirm your choice.
There are many features within your account that will require a 2FA verification code but most importantly when disabled it makes it much easier to log in especially if service gets suspended as that eliminates the SMS text option. As long as you use a strong password unique to your pm account your pm account is secure without having to enter a 2FA verification code each time you login.
Have the 3 pm phone number all recieved the "more is merrier" holiday gift text from 4911 and replied YES2 to recieve the free 2gb data add on and 500 international calling minutes automatically added to your accounts? If not trying texting YES2 to 4911. If you don't get a positive reply you will need to contact customer support to get them added.
If all three accounts earn $$ rewards then do not join the points program, Public Points or explore anything about point, don't check any boxes near anything about points. There's no going back once you switch there is only deep regret. 😔
FYI....if you would like to address another member you can tag them by tapping the "@" key and then tapping the username from pop up box or keep typing the name until it pops up. 😀

Lol....that's what the community is for so the non-techie people can learn to be a little less non-techie. If you have a computer then you are already miles ahead of where I was when I joined pm three years ago with my flip phone and a smartphone+tablet inherited from my late partner. I didn't even know how to copy+paste! Just write everything down for your accounts on a cheat sheet.
Keep that info in a safe and secure place that you can access if needed. Also write down your community account username (Maverick4), email (should match your self serve account info) and password (should be different from your self serve account's password). If the other phone accounts have community accounts write that info down too....but if you manage all three you can do it all thru your community account once you have their account info to verify the accounts.
Since you are not techie....at least not yet....then I would avoid SIMon at all costs because he can be exceptionally frustrating to the technologically challenged. Have a read of this post but if my rant is just too long.....just read the spoiler on my method to contact customer support via private message only. I refuse to use SIMon. It allows me to keep my sanity and my tablet intact.

Sorry PM only allow 1 account/1 email address.
I am semi-retired and my employment required me to work on a computer daily for over 35 years. So it is more how willing you want to learn the new technology and whether you embrace the new technology.

@Maverick4 sorry, this is how PM system is, no workaround
Some people use email alias, but turn out it is more confusing and harder to keep track
If the phone is setup for different person, then use the phone holder's email account
if the phone is setup for the same person, then setup meaningful email address name. Gmail is good, you can make out any email address you want
And write it down somewhere
But.. worst case, you can always open ticket with PM support and they can look it up for you

One number = one account = unique email per account/number ..... gmails are free.
Aliases are ok but have side affects.

Sorry that's not possible. If you like to pay for your renewal ahead of time just log into each account and pay all om the same day. You can contact customer support to change the emails to similar emails ie. myemail1@gmail.com, myemail2@gmail.com and myemail3@gmail.com. You could also use email aliases but using the plus sign can be an issue so be sure to use a period instead.

@Maverick4 sorry, you can't
PM system is very simple, one email can only tie with one account/one phone number
so , each new phone number/account you want to activate has to use a new email address
Maybe setup some new Gmail account for that purpose. But make sure you keep track on each of them carefully, which email matches with which line
