I’ve incorrectly added the wrong add in n

The quickest for Mod to reply will be 2 hours but it can be as long as 48 hours.

 

Since you are running out of minutes, instead of waiting for a resolution from Mod, I suggest you to get the $5 local call first.  Open a ticket with Mod after and hope they can do something for you after.

If you run outta regular plan calling minutes and want to add calling within Canada, you just need the $5 / 500 minute add-on.

If you added $15...were you needing one of the International Calling add-ons ?

If you just wanted the $5 / 500 minute add-on, ask the moderators to just apply the $15 and get the $5 / 500 minutes X 3. Then you'll have an additional 1500 minutes to call within Canada whenever you next run outta regular plan minutes again. Any un-used add-on minutes will roll over until you use them up...even if that takes several months or more.

Is it something that you'd eventually use? Officially, policies state that plans and add-ons are non-refundable. As for if  moderator will allow you to swap it for another?  You can ask for there are no guarantees.

I am not certain PM will do a refund, but you can try to contact the moderator to sort the situations
