@Helpershelper that's not how payments work here. You either load up with a credit card or a voucher, both of which when used are immediate. No holding back until a payment clears.

Wow. How often do you "have issues"? And are those issues in your account or just phone support issues? And do you mean the few Public Mobile kiosks or just any kiosk that sells SIM's and will do activations? Or just any cell kiosk?

PM kiosk rep cannot access PM subscriber account. They can provide the same info on this forum except account access. Only moderator can access subscriber account. This is also my understanding of their role.

They actually do. I regularly check in with them when I have issues. It’s a good way to get the best of both worlds.

So your enthusiasm is great but I think these frequent suggestions to go to a kiosk is mis-informed. I don't think any kiosk or store have access to accounts after activation. I suppose any kiosk or store might help with how to do something, just not in the account.
