Can I purchase an add on that would allow me to use my public mobile while travelling in Netherlands , Germany & France?

multi countries European sim, physical or esim, are both very cheap over there.  I would use that over roaming service

of course, 2fa sms code would not come through, that's the drawback

You can use WhatsApp if all parties have this app through wifi.

I am not sure if TextNow works in Europe anymore.

@Andrew1235  No sorry PM only has roaming in the US . So your best to get local pre paid SIM card in Netherlands for your trip

they only let you use data in canada or the united states i hope they do expand but yeah and you can only make calls to other countries only in us and canada (only if you have a plan for the united states)

sorry, no roaming in Europe.  PM only has roaming service in USA

No, there is only roaming in the US.  You would need to get a local sim or a travel type sim like airalo
