Hi folks,

I paid for 1 GB add-ons on 2nd of November but it has not been applied yet. what should I do?

I like to think of it as that everything flows in and out of Available Funds. Rewards and credits and payments get added to it. Renewals and add-on purchases get taken from it.

If there isn't enough there for a renewal then it will see if autopay is set up. If so then it will drain Available Funds and take the rest from the autopay. If not then your service suspends and leaves you with those Available Funds.

Yes, you can. As it is the add-on was never purchased. if you don't purchase an add-on, this $15 will be used towards a future plan renewal.

@curlyhead  Dial 611 if the $15 is included in your account balance then as already suggested go through the same step to add the data add-on to your account.

 

There isn't any delay when adding a PM add-on to your account it gets added to your account immediately.

"Buy" it again. It's a non-intuitive 2 steps to buy add-ons. You deposit money and then buy it.

If you see the add-on in your data & add-ons area then maybe restart the phone.
