I ran out of minutes. Yesterday I paid for an add on for 500 Canada minutes. My account is still showing I only have 3 minutes left. I can't make any more calls now. Why is my payment not been processed yet?

I do not think 500 min will be added to your total minutes available as this is add-on so counter might be at add-on not total minutes available.
Similar to data add-ons...

if the add-on was successfully added, it should be there immediately. Please log in to your account, look to the right side for Add-on Usage to see if that add-on is noted. It'll tell you how many of the 500 minutes you have available.

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
