Today, April 25, 2023, I bought add-on service for roaming in US and paid for it $15 plus tax.
For the last 7-8:hours I unsuccessfully tried to use this add-on. I already tried all your suggestions to make it work, but was unsuccessful.
Therefore, please cancel this add-on and give me credit for $15 plus tax.

follow above advise to ask for credit to your account.
I have to ask if any part of the 15 Day US Roaming add-on talk/text worked at all.
Where, in US are you located ? Do you have volte enabled on your PM account ?
In my experience, I could receive texts while in US without the add-on...but I couldn't respond. Were you able to receive texts while you were in US ?
Answers to these and other questions will help when future day-trippers want to know what to expect with the roaming add-ons.

If that was an old message you wanted to send to PM agent, please submit a ticket. They will usually provide refund for roaming that didn't work, so it should be ok
(But were you even able to connect to T-Mobile when you were there? Wish we can help to make it work when you were in US)
Submit your ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
