Add on not working

I purchased a US roaming unlimited text add on that is not working.

As stated the money is most likely still in your balance, you can now go back to the add on section and select your add on and you will be good to go. You can take a look at your transaction history to see the purchase went through and then as the community said one more reboot and you should be good to go.

If you didn't have the $8 in your balance then you need to add money. This will show in your payment history and your balance. Then you buy the add-on from that balance. This will show in your payment history and on the plan details page.

Purchasing add-on is 2-step process. Did you add $ to account AND then purchase add-on?

If you are already in USA, try to connect to AT&T or T-mobile. Rebooting phone after add-on purchase might help too!
