Add on data not working

Hi,

I redeemed 3gb data for 15days for 15credits. It's been more than 2days and my data is not working.

I've just realized that you have purchased a roaming add-on.  Are you trying to use this add-on while you're in Canada?  Unfortunately, the 3GB data add-on can only be used while you're in the United States.

Yes the data was working previously. It's showing in my account that it's been 2days this plan is activated.

A couple of questions:  Was the data previously working on your device?  And, is the add-on showing up in your account?

If you've never used data before this could be a phone settings issues, specifically with the APN settings.  Please compare to the settings at the following website:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone
