Add on data for US is not working

Assuming you mean the 10 Day US Roaming data add-on...it only works whilst in US.

Try manually selecting T-Mobile as the network.

If no success...try AT&T or even Verizon has been mentioned.

@kcmckinnon02   did you try to connect to both T-Mobile and AT&T and neither work?

and your roaming add-on has data only?

did you confirm on your phone that Roaming Data is enabled?
