Add-on amount debited without applying add-on

I tried to purchase an add-on, but the payment was debited and the add-on was not there. So, I had to repurchase it. I need a refund for the first add-on, which was not added to my account.

Thank you, i alredy submitted a ticket yesterday and no one contacted me. I'm sending a private message now. Thanks for the reply

it is not normal that they debit you but didn't add you the add-on

but please ask PM support agent to check and help

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
