I purchased esim to setup a new device, i haven't received email with qr code. I did it twice no luck. Any help?@Agent 
I tried to purchase an add-on, but the payment was debited and the add-on was not there. So, I had to repurchase it. I need a refund for the first add-on, which was not added to my account. [update by Softech: Incorrect tagging removed]
