Hello,
How can I add a new subscription to my email account that was already in the system with no previous activations?

@Vig590 if the current email has no subscription attached, you can use it to activate new subscription. But if the system does not allow, easiest is to get another email and set up a new EverSafe account
If you still want to use the same email, the ask support to help, make sure the old subscription is cleared up

If you are signing up for a new account using an email address that was once used on a previous account, it may not allow you to do so. You can however, log in to that same account and sign up again. However if you're looking to add a secondary account, you will be required to use a secondary email address.
