The email I used for my account was deactivated as it was a school account. I can't access it anymore. I would like to move my phone number to my new email.

To Public Mobile My Account, the email is just a login ID. It can still be used to login My Account even the email address itself is deactivated. So, you can still login My Account using your old email address. After you logged in, go to Profile, Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the email yourself

If for any reason you cannot login with the old email address, then ask PM CS agent to update it for you
