I’ve purchased two data add ons and neither are appearing in “My Account” even though payment has been taken for both purchases.
When I’ve added data before it’s always popped up straight away.
Any advice is welcomed. Thank you

Try to refresh page; use different browser; clear cache

Click the little spinner refresh icon under the add-ons list.

This new site, you likely still reading off the cached version, so the add-ons list you got was not up to date
Try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome. You should then see the latest add-ons list you have from the server
