Hi there my son added funds to his account a day before renew date will he be good to go on renew date

If your accont is suspsended, autopay might not have charged correctly. Check your account to see if money wad added. Does your phone work? You can pay buying a voucher at retail.

You should remove your phone# by clicking on the 3 dots.

How do you add funds? I'm already on autopay but it won't unsuspend nor can i change the plan

What does your payment history show? If the funds are just sitting in the account, see if you can pay by dialling 611 service.
You can also try rebooting your phone.
