- I have an account with you and need to create an additional account to move my other number from another carrier to a new phone . I already found a new plan in public mobile for this new line. Please help me.

the phone number section is after Payment step on the Public Mobile app
if you ask PM ship the sim card, you will have to wait for the sim card to arrive, then download PM app to complete the rest of the step

@NaderM @I believe step 5or 6 is the one when you are asked if you want to port and old number over or select a new one, have you got there yet?

Thanks everyone who provided responses. I asked for physical simcard but was not asked for importing my number, is this normal or I should do something else.

to do what you want to do, you need a new sim (or esim) to start a new account. Load the app to the new cell to create a new account and buy esim. (You will need a unique email address as previously suggested). You'll be given opportunity to port your old number to the new account right away OR you could take a new number temporarily and once service is up and running...initiate a port of old number in to your new account. Make sure to use the referal code from your original PM account when signing up the new account.

@NaderM - Download the PM app on the new phone and follow the steps to subscribe to your desired plan. As @slusagm noted, you will need a new/ different email address form the current PM account you have. Each subscription needs its own unique email address. You are however able to use the same credit card for payment for multiple accounts. And don't forget to use your own referral code towards the additional line so you can get the $10 off the first bill and the original plan can get $1 back for every 30 days the second line is active. Hope this helps! *EDIT you will also need a PM sim for the new phone (e-sim or physical)

You cannot use the same email for the 2nd line as PM has no family account/single login . you need another email address to setup another account.
