I purchased add-ons while in the United States by mistake, it didn't work, and I was still charged for it. I am looking for a refund. The total came to $46.25
It's there a customer Service number I can call to speak with an actual person?

There is no phone number to call. I'm sure you knew that when you signed up. Public Mobile is a self serve service and this forum is how to get help. The chatbot in the bottom right corner is how you reach customer service. You can ask for a refund however they may offer you a credit instead. Since you have the ability to log in, this is how you create a ticket.

want to try to make the roaming data work? Make sure you turn on Mobile roaming data on the phone. change network mode to 4G or LTE, and try all 3 US networks, change to each one manually and test. T-mobile/AT&T/Verizon
if still does not work, ask for refund
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
