Trying to purchase US talk and text with 3GB data but payment is failing. I added my credit card info but still no success. I need it today as I am travelling. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@Mateng  No there is no phone support.  If you need customer support open a ticket via the chat icon bottom right of this page.  This is the preferred method of contacting support but if it doesn't work for you then send a private message using this link

Since your card has been charged have you refreshed your browser to make sure the add on isn't there now?  Try logging out and then logging back in in private or incognito mode as @softech  suggested.

try again using browser with incognito mode and see if it helps.  If not, try again using the PM app
