Hello,
I have 2 phone numbers on my account and need to buy a long distance US plan, but only for one phone number. When I go to add on I’m not sure what number it is covering or is it covering both?
Appreciate any help with this.

HI @Steve393 you have 2 lines, so you should have two My Account, and two different logins. My Account uses email to login, so, you should be using two different email addresses to login the different account
For add on for US Long distance, you will need to buy from each account if you want them both to have ti
and you are buying addon to call US? why not download VoIP app TextNow and make free calls to US?

It is not possible to have 2 numbers on 1 account. Only 1 number or account/email address.
You will need to login each account and see which account have the Add-on listed.

@Steve393 - are you buying a regular US calling addon? Because these only work whilst in Canada.
If you are referring to Roaming addons, these are for use whilst in the USA. In this case, you can call 611 or or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another line to add these addons to the specific account you want them added to.

@Steve393 for PM, Each line has it own My Account login, so, you should have 2 different email addresses used to login My Account for your 2 phone numbers
The one you bought the add-on would only work for that one particular line
Please check for your second login. Also, because of the poor browser cache management, please use Incognito Mode to login My Account so, you won't see cached old page when you login for a different My Account

@Steve393 Each line you have has its own email and one number so in this case you have two accounts log into what ever account your remember and check if it aligns with the number you want to put add on on and you will find it under the plan add on tab.
