Thanks for everyone help and problem has been resolved with manual fixed by CSAgent .

I followed $40/15GB plan screen to activate a sim ,but plan option won't find in Step 3. CSagent to help me

@PYMak I can also confirm the $40/15GB and $45/20GB plans are still available in My Account. Make sure to scroll with the arrow to the right side of the plans options to get to the right one.

@PYMak one more thing, the Plan show on the link there is not updated. There are more plans to choose from when you actually go to activate. And yes, $40-15GB is there.

@PYMak it is still there, the screenshot I showed was the one I just did
try again using Incognito mode, or another browser
or try on a desktop computer. key is, make sure 4G speed plan is there. If you are using a mobile, make sure you scroll down and look through all the plans

make sure you are in the 4G plan tab
YOu might want to try again using Incognito mode
