How to I actually activate this when its sending a code to my new number that isnt even active yet.... im extremely frustrated

If it's asking you for the code it sent to the New Number you just selected, you have to put the Public SIM in and it will text the code there.
The SIM will activate immediately after payment Is made.

HI @Matt45
put your PM sim card in a phone and reboot it once or twice , you might be able to get the code
or you can click "Didn't recieve the code?" and then select send email
nothing work, then submit ticket wtih Cs agent for help to complete the activation

@Matt45 Try resending code a few times or there an option that says didn’t get code tap it . This should give you option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help
