@Pekpek And your using a brand new PM sim card and using the app to activate not website ? You need new never used sim and app to activate if same support can help

is that eSIM? if it is for eSIM, check if the eSIM already installed. Check your Sim Manger and see if a Public Mobile eSIM there

@Pekpek have you installed the Public Mobile app on your phone and completed the activation through the app? It seems that some customers are forgetting this step and think that they can do it on the website which you cannot.
