I tried to activate my sim a lot of time but it always saya subscription not activated.

In app is  easy and fast. Follow the promise and you should be good to go.

@Pekpek  And your using a brand new PM sim card and using the app to activate not website ? You need new never used sim and app to activate if same support can help

hi @Pekpek 

is that eSIM?  if it is for eSIM, check if the eSIM already installed.  Check your Sim Manger and see if a Public Mobile eSIM there 

if not, ask support agent for help

@Pekpek have you installed the Public Mobile app on your phone and completed the activation through the app? It seems that some customers are forgetting this step and think that they can do it on the website which you cannot.
