HI @Ec21 so you reach the end of the activation process already?
what phone is yours? sometimes the esim not compatible message is wrong.
and even your phone not really esim compatible, you can just buy a physical sim card from Telus or Koodo stores and then go to My Account and switch

You need to purchase a new SIM to transfer your account to the new SIM.
Once you have the new SIM, login to your account then go to Profile section and click on Change SIM card number.
If you haven’t kept up with monthly payment longer than 90 days. Your account will be closed and you can’t transfer SIM card number.
A $5 mistake for not checking if your phone is eSIM compatible.
