the current subscription, you can subscribe first and ask PM to send you the sim card. You will then stop at Payment section and wait for the sim card to arrive and complete the subscription AFTER you got the sim card.
So, you can use this trick. Order a sim card during activation and ask PM to ship. Remember, Pm will charge you now, but the actual cycle start when you complete the activatoin when you have the sim card on hand
