We signed up September 4 paid 3months then when I downloaded the app it said my phone could not do esim. So I ordered a sim card we received the card on the 12th put in the phone would not activate. Went back to the app and could not get past the message that phone was not compatible with esim. Called # on website it's not activated!!!
Tried multiple different things so much so it locked us out of our account. I called Tellus a lovely person Gavin tried helping us walking us through trying to activate sim card. No luck he said he didn't have any contact for public mobile even though they are parrent company he had no one to contact which seems rediculase.
Please help I am so frustrated I just want my phone activated or refund...

Please wait one hour... maybe one hour and 15 minutes just for giggles before logging into your account. Then log in, then click on profile, let that load and then on the right hand side you'll see a Account info and below it My Phone number. In my Phone number you'll see a pencil beside SIM Card Number. Click there and change it to the one in your hands. Then click yes or whatever it says to continue. Then place it in your phone and reboot. After this, you should be up and running. If not, you can reach out to support with the link below.

you should be able to pick physical sim card at the step telling your the phone is not esim compatible
I think you need to submit ticket with PM CS agent for further look into the situation
