I have a sim card from PM  and a voucher for $20, I cant activate online, the only option is with a credit od debit card. How to activate new sim with new phone # with a voucher?

Yes. You would need to contact support again and ask them to apply a code.

Yup. And a small bucket of data. Welcome to Public Mobile. You can also use those prepaid visa gift cards to sign up rather than going through the trouble of support. Then use that voucher for your next renewal. Remember to use a referral code to get a $10 credit shortly after signing up. But the rule here is that you have to ask if you don't already have one from a friend or elsewhere.

Public Mobile had a free SIM card campaign a couple months back - i was able to acquire a few given the few users of the services/accounts I help manage.

INDEED, the $15 is my go-to plan, and has been for the time I've been here.   No foreseeable plans to change that.

You can ask support to assist.

They'll help setup the account (they'll need your SIM card#) place on suspend, then you sign into self-serve, pay with voucher to activate a plan.  In order to receive the code to get online access to the self-serve account, you'll have to tap "resend code" to receive the code via the e-mail address being used as your USERNAME for the self-serve account.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, then type Customer Support Agent, then Contact Us,  or
  2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
