Hello.
Seems like I'm stuck in the app sign-in loop. I've submitted two tickets and no response thus far. My issue: I signed up, paid with no issue. Have a physical sim card that was verified a good number. I scanned the QR code and installed the app. Now it's asked me to sign in and I've used the now about tenth verification code to do so and each time it sends me right back to the login screen. So I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. No success. Installed the sim and the phone recognizes it but no access to network. Also haven't gotten to a point where I port my phone number. I've also tried changing my password. So what am I missing?
Any help is appreciated.

You can't keep Telus phone number after you ported it to PM. If you do want to keep Telus number, then you shouldn't port it to PM and you need new phone number from PM which means you will pay two phone service.

@Shortfingers So still no reply from support ? Happy to hear your telus account still active once you get help from a support keeping and porting the telus number to PM won’t be an issue . Activations typically go smoothly . But like anything sometimes there’s hiccups and you’re unfortunately having to deal with that hiccup now . We all hoping you get a quick reply from support and get things straightened out quickly.

Currently I'm with Telus but want a more reasonably priced option. I've never had a problem with their service. My number is active and I want to keep it.

yes, you need agent to help. They usually response quickly, usually within an hour. Submit the ticket by message and wait for their reply in your Community inbox

if you put in the PM sim card, can you make outbound calls and receive inbound calls?
Or you have not completed the activation yet?
Please submit ticket with CS agent if you are unable to complete the activation
