Activation / reactivation

I am unable to activate/reactivate my account after I login as the system wants me to relogin but gives me a message that the userID and password do not match. sending a direct message does not work. and neither does the request for a service ticket. This has to be the worst  system I have ever used

Have you ever set up an Eversafe ID?  Sometimes Eversafe doesn't like the previous PM password in which case it may say the ID and password don't match,  in which case resetting the password may help.  Eversafe came in fairly recently so if you are a returning customer you may have missed setting it up. Perhaps a bit more detail as to what you are trying to do might help.

are you trying to activate or resume service ?  If you want to activate, try again using app.  But if you have been already using app, try to uninstall and reinstall first
