Did not receive a code to my phone to activate my cell service

@DonnaMcAuley  Are you porting number over to PM ? Did you leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? 

I will send you the porting team number private message they can re trigger the port request for you if needed 

 

 I will also leave you with the link for support should they be needed also 

send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

you got to the last step of the Activation at step 6 already?

if you requested porting, the code would have sent to your old carrier sim card

if you really not receive the code, message PM support agent for help
