My account is now closed with bell and i cannot receive my number to activate my card. What can i do ?

Hi. The way this question is framed, it appears that you closed your Bell account already and now are trying to activate the same number on you new PM SIM card. If that is the case, then there is not much that can be done. The correct thing is to leave your old subscription (Bell - in this case) as it is. Start activating the new PM SIM card and as part of the activation process, you will get an option to either choose a new number or to port an existing number. Here if you select the option to port the number, you will be asked other details. Your old account with Bell will be automatically closed.
However, if you have have already closed your Bell account, then I guess you are out of luck unless you can ask Bell to reinstate the account to its original state (with the same number) and then go over the porting process with PM. Bell may be able to reinstate but it will depend upon 2 things - how much time has elasped since you closed the account with them and CSR's helpfulness.

Was your Bell service cancelled after porting? This would be normal but you can’t cancel service before porting.

@Real12 Did your Bell account close before you tried to port the number to Public Mobile or after?
