I bought a new sim card and all attempts to activate have resulted in Invalid SIM error. I tried clearing the cache, using different browsers, incognito mode, browsers on a different device, waiting till the next day.

I opened ticket with CS Agent since I already tried all solutions I found listed on the community site.

@beanjavi - did you get past the payment section? If you did, can you check to see if your card was charged?
If so, try logging into your self serve account : https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
If you can log in, then an activation took place.
Where are you seeing the invalid SIM error, during the activation or on your phone when you have the PM sim card inside?
If inside your phone, try (with the PM SIM card inside):

HI @beanjavi I believe the SIM was never used?
Did you enter the proper 19 digits? maybe you mixed up some of the digits?
