I'm trying to switch to PM from Koodo. Using the mobile app, I was at step 6 of 6: Activate. At this point it says Subscription not activated, something didn't go right blah blah.
What do I need to do to get this fixed? Thanks in advance!

Hi thanks for the response. This is for esim. Thanks for the steps, I was having trouble getting through the chatbot to submit a real ticket. 🙂

but check with support agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
