Data not on 5G promotion $34 plan

The promotion $34 plan i subscribed is supposed to be 5G but is running on 3G speed, need help

what phone do you have? model?

did you check  the network mode on your phone?  is it on Automatic?  try that first, if not working, try changing to 4G/LTE first and then try 5G (or 5G ON)

If speed is still not good, can you run a speed test and tell us how bad it is ?
