I have installed and signed into the Public mobile app, but where is the QR code to download esim?

you cannot download it yourself
you were using the app to activate? did you get to the esim installation? the app supposed to install it for you. Check your sim manager and see if you see such esim
if it is not there, you will have to ask support agent to send you the QR code. Please submit ticket by message here:

@Alan15 you should be able to get it through the Public Mobile app which you will need anyways to complete the eSIM setup

Where can I download eSim without receiving the activation summary email? Need urgently as my former carrier has stopped my service.

No activation summary email received. Where to download esim to even try if the transferred number is working.

can you at least make outbound calls? data work?
if you can make outbound calls, try reboot phone once and test
if you cannot even make calls, the account was not setup properly, please message support agent for help

It's possible that the e-mail message could have got delayed or possibly midirected into the spam filer or your e-mail account. The actual e-mail message isn't required to use the service. Does your Public Mobile service work?
