I’ve purchased a subscription and SIM for use in a new iPhone. I tried to complete the activation but it failed on the last step. I was porting a phone number from Koodo but did not have the Koodo SIM card in my new phone so did not get the SMS authorizing the transfer of phone number from Koodo to PM. Can you help?
