Hi,

I received my virtual SIM last night and when the process what going I missed the request from Rogers to approve transferring over my number. I did send a reply with approval but my activation process came back with an error. I need to

Hi @mjoneson so, you cannot even make calls? esim activation not completed?

please submit a ticket with agent to check the activation and porting

@mjoneson  There’s number to call live support to restart the port process for you will send number private message to you ,, also first try rebooting the phone and resetting newtwork setting also
