I just activated my new SIM card (first time), got the number and paid the plan (40$). Then the website went down. So I dont remember my phone number, SIM card still does not work, did not get any confirmation email or anything and when I try to sign in into my account, it just shows the black page with "Forbidden" on it. I checked the bank account and the money were taken though, so not sure what to do now?
