Seem to be missing a lot of information here. Maybe you can help us fill in the blanks.

You are looking to sign up another account using the same credit card? If that is indeed the case, you will have to sign up again using a different email address. I would HIGHLY recommend doing this in a different browser than the one you use for your primary account. This site has cache issues and really messes with signing up. Also, when you do sign up the other SIM card to start another account, make sure you use your referral number so you get $10 off the new account (shows up within approx 72 hours and you get a text with $1 referral credit).  When you sign up the second account you can use the same credit card number.

Is that other line an existing account? Log in to its account and change the card. Or buy vouchers and use 611 to enter it. Or use instant top up.

You can do this yourself using a SIM card or e-SIM & different email address.
