I bought a new Public mobile sim trying to activate a second phone, always got stuck at the choosing new number page seeing « load errors « .
How to choose a new number online with my sim, please. Thank you.

To add to the other posts, go incognito on your browser as well. That was what worked for me.

yes.. the SIM should be "unlocked" after an hour or 90 mins

Hi @giap you probably tried a few times so the system locked you out. Wait an hour before you try again.. this will allow the system to reset. Before you try again, be sure you delete your browsing history, cache and cookies. Reboot. then give it another try.
