I am new to public mobile and I try to activate with my voucher but it ask for my credit card I don't have a credit card

You cannot activate PM plan with voucher.
What you can do is contact agent to open account for you; agent will do that and make account/plan suspended and then you can log in and add funds with voucher.

Please contact the CSAs again as you have been provided incorrect information by the first agent. I can confirm the procedure that @dust2dust is mentioning. When a customer doesn't have a credit, the CSA must open the account and select the plan for the customer. The account gets opened without any payment and is left in suspended status until a voucher is used to pay.

Let me share with you that in order to complete the activation and make the promotion and the referral effective the payment is required. Unfortunately without the payment I won't be able to add the promo code or referral code in your account and they cannot be added after the account has been activated.
In this case you can wait until you have the voucher to process the payment and contact us or you can use a relative/friend Canadian credit card or Visa debit to complete the activation online.

It is my understanding that agents can create an account and then leave it in suspended status and then you can use that voucher to pay for it. I don't think Leonardo is correct. Or they've changed that procedure.
You could also use several of those visa gift card type cards.
