Activate My number

Hi I want to activate my number I have trying for days but everything has changed. I need help please

Activating online is the only way (no longer any in-store activations).  While the website can't be used to perform activation, all activations must stil be done online.  The app requires an itnernet connection and if someone tries to activate without one, it won't work.  Unfortunatley, Public Mobile doesn't provide a free connection for activation purposes.

are you trying to activate an old sim that's been deactivated ? If that old account has deactivated due to non-pay, you need a new sim to start a new account now. All new accounts offer free esims, if that helps...otherwise you gotta buy a new hard sim.

I tried that but when I enter the number I have on the SIM it tells me the number is not active

If you have SIM or eSIM use an app and follow screens.
