Missing $10 bill credit

I haven't received a one time $10 bill credit when I referred a friend (My friend as well). Only received a 1.00 point. Where can I contact for it?

if you referred a friend, your friend will get the $10 in bill credit on his account within 72 hours, and you will only get 1 point every bill cycle and not the $10.  You should see any extra friend referrals on your My Rewards portal shorting after 72 hours.

So, if you received 1 point, everything is correct.  Just make sure if your friend got his/her $10 in bill credit yet (again, you don't get $10 bill credit, you get 1 point, but this is much better than a one time $10 as you will get the 1 point as long as your friend stays with PM
