Hi, anyone out there who knows it better,
I took the reward points towards the $15 Bill Credit and 500 China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau Long Distance Minutes last month. Right after the transaction was done, I got email notification saying that the credit would apply to my NEXT month's bill, which I happily got it THIS month. On the other hand, I haven't got ANY notification email on the FREE CALLING offer, except it showed on my "Redemptions". I checked the my service plan, and there is NO mentioning on that 500 free calling minutes neither🤔..... I am hesitate to make these long distance calls 'cos I am not suer if I got this reward or not🫨🫨
Anyone out there knows it better? please help🙏

@Grinch I'm currently on $29/m plan with 15G data 4G , plus that 500 LD call minutes "add-on", I think I'm happy with this plan so far. Thank for your kindness anyway😅

Have you converted your $15 plan to the NEW $15 4G, unlimited outbound, 500mb data and 100 LD minutes??

"Usage Breakdown" ? never noticed this before. I found that 500 LD call Add-on offer😉 Thank you soooo much! @Chalupa_Batman 👊😆

Check again using browser with Incognito mode
Make sure you click Usage Breakdown on the main page under the usage meter to see all the add-on
If really cannot find, ask PM. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Check here to show the credit. You will see on the right hand sign "Available Funds". There you should see the $15 unless it already went to this 30 day plan.

If it's not there, check payment history.

Back on the Overview page, Look at Subscription Usage and click on Usage Breakdown. There you will see the LD minutes.
